How does purchasing a gift card work
You simply add the gift card to your cart and check out. Once the card is paid for, you’ll receive an email with your gift card code.
You can write the code on the printable card (it’s cuter). You can also include the small info sheet with your gift if the person doesn’t know KIAGO yet.
How does using the gift card work
The person shops on the website and adds the items they want to their cart. At checkout, there is an option to enter a discount code or a gift card code.
On mobile, they need to tap “order summary” at the top next to the total amount in order to enter the code. (This is also mentioned in the printable document you can include with the gift card.)
Note :
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada on orders $50 or more. So if you give a gift card of at least 50 dollars, the person won’t have to pay shipping fees.
The gift card has no expiration date.
Where can I find ingredients list/nutritional values table? Allergens ?
If you go to any product page, just scroll down a little on the page — right below the ingredient photos, you’ll see "Click to see our Nutritional values & ingredients details".
Our Meal Drinks are made with gluten-free oat flour, and all our products are gluten-free, except the ready-to-eat recipes (made in another facility).
However, our products contain nuts such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, and Brazil nuts, and may not be suitable for people with nut allergies.
Some ingredients are also packaged in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame seeds, which may pose a risk of cross-contamination.
If you are lactose intolerant, please note that our classic version contains milk.
Our vegan version is 100% lactose-free, but it is produced in the same facility where milk is present.
