You can use KIAGO to replace one, several or all of your meals in a day. Simply add water to the meal in a bottle, shake, and drink!

Yes, absolutely. Each KIAGO drinkable meal offers a balanced portion of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats and fiber, everything your body needs for a complete meal. Thanks to its fiber and whole-food ingredients, it is also very filling.

That said, everyone's needs are different. An adult's calorie needs average around 2,000 calories a day but vary a lot depending on age, gender and activity level. Our 100g pouch is filling like a 420-calorie meal (and even more so, thanks to the fiber), but if you are used to bigger meals or are very active, you might want 2 pouches or a custom amount from our 1.5kg bulk bags. You can replace as many meals as you would like with KIAGO, though we always encourage taking time for a home-cooked meal with good company when you can. 😊

No to both. Our meals are made from natural ingredients that are dehydrated and ground into a fine powder. Dehydration is a natural preservation method, so there is no need for additives. You can store the pouches at room temperature for up to 12 months and simply mix with water when you are ready to eat. Once mixed, the meal keeps for about 1 hour at room temperature, or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
