KIAGO offers complete and healthy drinkable meals. They contain enough calories to replace a meal, as well as the protein, carbohydrates, good fats, fibers and all the vitamins and minerals you need. You can use KIAGO to replace one, several or all meals in a day. Just add water to the meal in a bottle, shake and drink!

It was very important for us to create products that were good for you, but that also tasted good, even just mixed with only water. The ingredients have been chosen carefully to create the best of blends once all combined. You can choose between different flavors and we are sure you'll love them all. 

For a stronger flavour and smoother texture, you can prepare the drinkable meal a little in advance and leave it a little bit in the fridge (for up to 24 hours).

Muffin and pancake mixes are even better with the addition of berries.

Most products on the market rely on ultra-processed ingredients made in a lab for a fraction of the cost. At KIAGO, we use real, natural, healthy ingredients you can recognize.

✅ Check the calories.
A 50g “meal” with 200 calories isn’t enough to fuel you. KIAGO meals contain 100g and 410 calories — that’s what we call a real meal.

✅ Check the macronutrient balance.
Some protein shakes may contain carbs and fats, but that doesn’t mean they’re complete. KIAGO meals offer a truly balanced ratio of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats — from whole grains, nuts, and superfoods.

✅ Check the convenience.
Unlike many other options, KIAGO doesn’t need to be refrigerated or frozen, and there’s no heating required. Just add water, shake, and go.

Order date 

The payment for your next order will be taken on the same date as your 1st subscription order, but one month, two months or three months later, depending on the frequency chosen.

For example, if your 1st order was on September 25 and you chose to receive meals every two months, payment for your 2nd order will be automatically taken on November 25.

Depending on delivery times, you should then receive your order within 2-7 business days.

• What if I run out before my next order date ? What if I still have plenty near my next order date?

You can move forward the date of your order or skip an order at any time. Simply write to us at info@kiagonutrition.com

• What if I want to change the flavors/quantity frequency ?

Just email us !  If you want a different flavor each month, just send us a little email once a month to let us know the next flavor(s) you want. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the date of your next order.

• What if I want to cancel ?

You can cancel at any time. Just email us at info@kiagonutrition.com

We like when you tell us why you want to cancel so we can improve but it is not mandatory. 

No, KIAGO meals don’t need to be refrigerated and they contain no preservatives.

Our drinkable meals are made from natural ingredients that have been dehydrated and ground into a fine powder.

Dehydration — the removal of water — is a natural preservation method that allows food to last longer without the need for additives.

There’s no need to refrigerate or cook. You can store the pouches for up to 12 months at room temperature and simply mix with water when you're ready to eat.

Once mixed with water, the meal can be kept for about 1 hour at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the fridge..

No. For the moment, the healthy drinakble meals are only sold in dehydrated form. The fact that the meal replacement is not mixed with water allows it to be stored much longer without preservatives and without the need for refrigeration. This allows you to easily keep it at home for several months and carry it everywhere with you, even when you want to travel light or you do not have access to a refrigerator.

Yes, every pouch and every box you receive (including the tape) is recyclable so we can minimize our impact on the planet.

Yes, absolutely! You can have KIAGO for one or several meals a day — no problem.

Each KIAGO drinkable meal contains a balanced portion of protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fiber, and all the nutrients your body needs for a complete meal.

Thanks to its high fiber content and natural, whole-food ingredients, it’s also very satisfying and filling. Of course, everyone’s nutritional needs are different, so you may want to adjust the portion depending on your appetite and energy needs. That’s why we offer a large 1.5 kg bulk bag — perfect for customizing your serving size.

You can replace as many meals as you want with KIAGO, but we still encourage you to take time to enjoy a home-cooked meal in good company when you can. 😊

An adult's calorie needs are estimated at around 2,000 calories a day, but varies greatly depending on your age, gender and level of physical activity.

Our meals are very filling and can easily replace a meal. But if you are used to eat large portion or are very active, you might need to take 2 pouches or use a custom quantity with our bulk bags. 

If you use our 100g pouch, it will keep you full as much as a 420 calories meal would do (and even more, because of all the good ingredients and fiber). But if you are use to eat a 1,000 calories dinner, you might feel it is not enough. This is normal - you took less calories in. It's really easy to underestimate the calories you eat.

Our Meal Drinks are made with gluten-free oat flour, and all our products are gluten-free.

However, our products contain nuts such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, and Brazil nuts, and may not be suitable for people with nut allergies.

Some ingredients are also packaged in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame seeds, which may pose a risk of cross-contamination.

If you are lactose intolerant, please note that our classic version contains milk.

Our vegan version is 100% lactose-free, but it is produced in the same facility where milk is present.

Our healthy drinkable meal is made with gluten-free oat flour and all our products are gluten-free.

No, none of the KIAGO products contain caffeine.

No, KIAGO do not currently have the organic certification. However,  all our vegetables are always organics and other ingredients are organic when available. All the suppliers of our ingredients are chosen with care. For a start-up company like ours, the costs and the constraints of organic certification are not currently worth it (some of our ingredients are very hard to find organic without buying very large quantity) and we prefer to offer you an equally healthy product, at a better price.

Not at all — our goal is to create a balanced meal, not a low-carb product.

The carbs in KIAGO come from whole, natural ingredients like oats, sweet potatoes, and vegetables — all complex carbs that are packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals essential for your body and brain.

As for sugar, we don’t add any. The sugar comes naturally from the ingredients.

For example, our classic version (with milk) contains 12g of naturally occurring sugar, because milk is naturally rich in lactose — a sugar that also comes with high-quality protein, calcium, and other nutrients.

Our vegan version (without milk) contains only 2g of natural sugar.
