100g of KIAGO
2 egg
100 ml of water
Mix the ingredients using a blender
Put a little butter in the bottom of a 10 inch pan and pour the mixture.
Cook at medium heat and return halfway through cooking
Makes 2 pancake about 7 inches in diameter and 1/2 cm thick.
Garnish with yogurt, fruits and a few drops of maple syrup.

100g of Kiago
2 egg
50 ml of water
1 tsp. baking soda
Mix the ingredients using a blender
Spread in 6-8 separate thin circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put in the oven at 375 Celsius for 15 minutes.
Makes 8-10 cookies about 3 inches in diameter and 20 mm thick.
Very light taste, perfect with tea or coffee.

½ cup of plain yogurt
½ mashed banana
1 cup of wild berries
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Mix the ingredients in a bowl using a big spoon.
Put the mixture in small muffin cups.
Put in the oven at 350 Celsius for 30 minutes.
Makes 12-15 muffins about 4 cm in diameter.
Make a big batch and grab-and-go all week in the morning

60g of mozzarella cheese
spinach, avocado & tomato pieces
1 tbsp. low fat mayonaise
Follow the Easy Pancakes recipe from above (better with Naturel Kenko flavor).
Garnish with mayonnaise, cheese, spinach, avocado & tomato pieces.
Fold in half.
Other topping idea : old cheddar or swiss cheese, chicken, ground beef, sour cream, spicy mayonaise, eggs... Use your imagination !
