Ingredients: Red lentils, dehydrated onions, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, green and red peppers, celery, tomatoes), textured soy protein, peanuts, mushrooms (oyster, yellow boletus, porcini, black fungus), sesame seeds, lemongrass, pepper.

May contain: Tree nuts, eggs, gluten, wheat, mustard, milk, fish, sulfites
You will need: 3½ cups of broth of your choice, 200 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 50 g rice vermicelli
Optional: ⅓ cup cubed protein (tofu, beef, chicken), toppings of your choice (cilantro, sriracha, lime zest)
Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag into a pot, add the broth, coconut milk, peanut butter, and cubed protein if desired. Bring to a boil with the lid on. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the rice vermicelli and cook according to the package instructions.
