Ingredients: Yellow split peas, 6-grain rice (contains wheat), pearl barley, red lentils, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, green and red peppers, celery, tomatoes), dehydrated onions, parsley, pepper, oregano.

You will need: 3½ cups of broth of your choice, 270 ml can of diced tomatoes
Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag into a pot, add the tomatoes and broth.
OPTION 1 : Slow cooker - 6-8 hours low heat
OPTION 2 : Stovetop - Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat with the lid on for 1½ hours, or until the peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
