Ingredients: Green lentils, soy protein, sugar, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, green and red peppers, celery, tomatoes, parsley), mushrooms (oyster, yellow boletus, porcini, black fungus), spices and herbs.

You will need: 1 cup of broth of your choice, ½ cup red wine, 213 ml can of tomato sauce, 180 g cooked egg noodles

Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag into a pot, add the broth, wine, and tomato sauce.

OPTION 1 : Slow cooker - 6-8 hours low heat

OPTION 2 : Stovetop - Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat with the lid on for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
