Ingredients: White beans, mung beans, textured soy protein, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, green and red peppers, celery, tomatoes, parsley), spices, oregano.

May contain: Peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, milk, mustard, sulfites

You will need:
2 cups of broth of your choice, 270 ml can of diced tomatoes, 100 ml can of corn kernels

Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag, mix in the spices and all ingredients except the corn. Add the corn at the end of cooking.

OPTION 1 : Slow cooker - 6-8 hours low heat

OPTION 2 : Stovetop - Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat with the lid on for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
