Our drinkable meals are made with gluten-free oat flour, and all our products are gluten-free. They do contain nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts and Brazil nuts) and are not suitable for people with nut allergies. Some ingredients are also packaged in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame, so cross-contamination is possible. Our classic version contains milk; our vegan version is lactose-free but made in the same facility where milk is present.
Not at all, our goal is a balanced meal, not a low-carb product. The carbs come from whole, natural ingredients like oats, sweet potatoes and vegetables, all complex carbs packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals. We do not add sugar; what is there occurs naturally in the ingredients. Our classic version (with milk) has 12g of naturally occurring sugar, largely from lactose, which also brings protein and calcium. Our vegan version (without milk) has only 2g of natural sugar.
We are not just another shake on the market. A few things set us apart:
● The ingredients. Most meal replacements rely on ultra-processed, lab-made ingredients to cut costs. We use real, natural ingredients you can actually recognize.
● The calories. A 50g “meal” with 200 calories will not get you through your morning. KIAGO meals are 100g and 410 calories, enough to actually replace a meal.
● The balance. Some protein shakes are heavy on protein but light on everything else. KIAGO offers a real balance of protein, complex carbs and healthy fats, from whole grains, nuts and superfoods.
● The convenience. No fridge, no freezer, no heating required. Add water, shake, and go.
