With 350 calories, 21g of protein and 6g of fiber, the muffins are very nutritious and can keep you going for several hours. Depending on your appetite and nutritional needs, you can have it on its own or alongside other foods, any time of day.
The muffins keep for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature and 3 to 5 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen. Let them cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They are best served slightly warmed.
There is no specific limit, the muffins do not contain anything (like concentrated herbs or supplements) that would be a concern in large amounts. That said, as with any food, it is best to fit them into a balanced diet rather than making them the sole basis of your day. Yes, our muffins are gluten-free. We use certified gluten-free oats and make sure there is no cross-contamination with our suppliers. There is no gluten anywhere in our facility. They are not lactose-free though, since they contain milk, an ingredient that also contributes to their protein content and great taste.
Our muffins contain nuts and are not suitable for people with a nut allergy. They do not contain soy in the recipe, but are made in a facility that also handles soy, so cross-contamination is possible for highly sensitive individuals. As mentioned
